Second generation, and it still runs like one shop
Bell County Flooring is second-generation and family-owned, with over 50 years of combined experience on the floor between the people who work here. That is not a slogan on a wall. It is the reason the person who quotes your job and the crew who installs it both answer to the same business, not to a franchise agreement or a call center three states away.
English and Spanish are both spoken on the sales floor, day to day, without needing to be arranged in advance. We are fully insured, we carry our own 1-year workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer warranties most of our products already carry, and we take cash and military discounts seriously rather than as an asterisk.
Sales and installation happen under one roof
At 6401 TX-317, Suite B, the same building holds the plank aisle, the tile wing, the carpet wall and the crews who go out and lay what you picked. There is no separate subcontractor to chase down if something needs adjusting after the fact. The person who helped you choose the floor is the same business scheduling the install.
Past the display racks is a design nook rather than a checkout counter: two chairs, a marble table and a coffee bar, built for the part of the decision that actually takes time, setting the carpet board, the plank and the stone tile next to each other and looking at the three together before anything gets ordered.

Belton is next to Fort Cavazos, and that shapes how we do business
We sponsor the Central Texas Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America golf tournament, and the military discount at the counter is a standing rate, not a seasonal promotion that quietly disappears after the holidays. Financing runs through the Shaw credit card, issued with approved credit by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., an Equal Housing Lender, for households that would rather spread a large job out than pay it in one visit.

Being in the Shaw Flooring Network is part of how we can back most products with a lifetime manufacturer warranty on top of our own 1-year workmanship warranty. Every job carries full liability insurance, which is worth confirming for yourself before any crew starts pulling up your old floor.
Our team shows up by name in our own reviews before it shows up here
Design experts help you narrow down the showroom to a short list. Installers, several of them with the company for years, handle the demolition and the laying itself. Customers who have been through both parts of that process tend to name the people who helped them: Raul, Joely and Hector come up again and again in our reviews, quoted for staying on a job until it was actually finished rather than just scheduled.
That is the shape of a second-generation, locally rooted shop: the people you talk to on the phone are the same people your neighbors are naming in their own reviews, not a rotating cast behind a call center.
