Luxury vinyl and waterproof flooring in Belton, TX
Rigid-core waterproof vinyl from COREtec and Mannington, the flooring most Central Texas kitchens, baths and busy rooms get fitted with now.
Waterproof through the core, not just the top layer
Waterproof flooring means a material that resists water penetration and damage even during extended exposure, and that's the bar COREtec and Mannington's rigid-core vinyl is built to. A floor that's only waterproof at the wear layer keeps water off the surface right up until a seam opens or that top layer wears through. SPC and WPC rigid core carry that resistance all the way through the board, so a spill, a leaking dishwasher or a wet dog by the back door isn't a repair call. It belongs in kitchens, laundries, bathrooms and any room that takes more moisture and more traffic than a bedroom ever will.
A nursery is a wet room eventually
One of the better arguments for rigid core sits in a nursery we floored in board-and-batten sage: bottles, a rocking chair on casters and, before long, a toddler, on a floor that was never going to forgive a wear-layer-only product.

SPC, WPC, and why the difference matters underfoot
SPC (stone plastic composite) core is denser and harder underfoot, which is why it holds up under a dropped skillet or a dog’s claws at the back door. WPC (wood plastic composite) core carries a little more give, so it’s quieter and warmer to stand on for someone at the sink for an hour. Neither is the softer vinyl that only survives daily spills for a season. Both are the rigid-core product a Central Texas kitchen, bath or laundry actually needs, and we’ll put a board of each in your hand before you pick.
